Our flexible ticketing profiles can create tickets on the appropriate board with the proper status, priority type, subtype, item, and source.

For example, tickets can be placed on different boards based on device type or product and automatically closed when results return to normal. An example workflow might be to send all workstation backups to a helpdesk board and send server failure tickets to a NOC board where they receive higher priority.

Additionally, tickets can be grouped by company, device or backup job name to reduce the volume of tickets that need to be worked. Our ticketing system can alert on failure by creating the ticket immediately to make sure any high-priority backups do not get missed.
