Fresh updates are at the forefront of our development team’s focus. Our recent update allows an user to set up automated Escalation Alerts on Failure immediately when a failure result comes through. The alert can be an email notification to an email address or a ticket generated in your PSA solution.

For the Alert on Failure option when creating a ticket you can also select how to group the tickets to reduce the flow of tickets into your PSA system.
